I can think of nothing worse than Rafa buying and selling players over the summer and being in charge for the first day of training next season.
With some of the talk of 'giving him till Christmas or the end of the year', do you really think he will change his negative tactics - example - having every man in your own box for corners, where does the ball go when it is cleared - straight back at you.
Basics, pure basics and so so negative.
I really could not abide another season like this one, and in addition, playing Thursdays and Sundays (if we are lucky enough to secure 6th or 7th place over the next few weeks.
My hope for next season in a nutshell - to secure a new owner, who is willing to financially and physically back a new manager, a new manager who wants to go out and win every game, not go out with the intent of 'not losing the game' and the new owner to let the manager do his job, without interference, or any kind of mind games which have been a feature of the last two years or so with both the owners and the manager.
And finally, for the whole of the club to be as one, once again, with players, fans, the manager and the owners, all working togther instead of competing against each other, or 'being in one of the two camps'.
As the father of a six year old and 3 year old, both of whom are staunch Liverpool fans, I am hoping that by the time they appreciate what being a Liverpool fan is all about, all of our worries will be long behind.
Hopefully.
