I don't think we need another keeper at all, and we have a shed load of midfielders so I can't think of any who are realistically available, nor would come to us for the right price / wages.

We haven't even seen Lallana / Can / Markovic really play yet - why would we buy more players when we don't even know if what we have already works or not

That Utd team is quite possibly one of the most disjointed teams I've ever seen. If Falcao ends up there, that's just another luxury player they can add to the list of expensive, undroppable flair players being shoehorned into a team crying out for Defensive mids & Defenders.
