it crossed my mind yesterday whilst watching yet another boring game at anfield.

could rafa be ruining this team on purpose? let's face it his tactics are so negative we have no hope of scoring half the time let alone getting 4th spot.

has he got such a point to prove against the owners that he's actually putting liverpool sides out to under perform?

i mean he's been vindictive in the past hasnt he.

he used underhand tactics to get rid of parry.

he used and abused the robbie keane situation to his advantage and got rid of a striker we could well do with.

other players such as pennant,bellamy and alonso have fallen victim to his mood swings and unwillingness to give them a chance.

maybe rafa wants rid of the yanks so much that he's putting the future of the club in jeopardy!

wouldn't suprise me if his sick mind would do something like that...

honestly, i just think it's as simple as his tactics sucks and he doesn't have a clue how to succeed in england.

It was all Rafa's fault that Pennant and Bellamy didnt succeed at Anfield because their such hard working dedicated footballers with lovely personalities to boot.

You couldnt have used to worse examples to try and get your point across.

as much as my opinion of him is lowering, i still dont think he has anything to gain from deliberately losing.

pennant i agree with. i have never rated him and i think he's lazy.

bellamy on the other hand is doing well at city and his enthusiasm certainly rubs off on his team mates. he's definately a crowd favorite.

it's no secret that rafa's man management leaves a lot to be desired. a good manager can bring the best out of a player. rafa seems to put them in the team and say "get on with it"

anyway this isnt a topic about who he's bought and sold. it's about how this team has under performed for the majority of the season. it began in pre season and hasnt been halted by one of the so called best managers in the world!

alan hansen can pick out our defensive frailties on motd. he can highlight what insua is doing wrong. he can highlight how poorly we defend set paces. then we're shown how our attacking options are limited and how our midfield is too negative.

so why isnt rafa looking at some of these things and working on them in training. i mean he's only had 9 months to sort some of the problems out!

bellamy is a sick [oops] who beats his team mates with golf clubs the day before one of the most important games of the season.

If Rafa didn't had the funds, he wouldn't have sold bellamy to buy other players. He had to wheel and deal to progress and I don't fault him for selling craig. He went on a profit and we got crouch whom we sold for yet another profit.

because ball work appears to be about 5% of our training schedule. the rest is standing in the box, figuring out what zone you "control".

i'm not so sure. i dont think he sets out to lose. but he sets out to under perform.

he's treated the whole season like he does the league cup. not bothered whether we win or lose.

he's fielded weakened team many times in the past for various games. mybe he's making it less obvious now by fielding teams to under perform

I think that Rafa is best in Europe and still struggles with the premiership
