Out on a season long loan to French outfit Bordeaux.
Is that good for us and/or for him?
Does this mean we will keep all the other CB's?
Or will Agger, Touré or Coates leave as well?

Toure will stay last 12 months, Agger I feel will go, He didn't want to be 3rd choice let alone 4th as it stands.
I hope the illori deal contains NO madatory or optional signing fee. He could come back next year after playing in Portugal / Spain and France still 22 years old and take Toure's place in the team. Possibly Skrtels.
Coates will leave on loan or even on a small fee / trade deal

Coates will leave on loan or even on a small fee / trade deal I don't think he's being loaned out with the intention of selling on. BR seems to rate him from any quotes I've seen. A full year of regular football is what he needs. Would have preferred to see him loaned to the EPL however but maybe no takers or the coaching staff feel he's not ready for that level yet?

Skrtel doesn't need replacing, he is one od the best CB's in the world. Top ten surely.
