That's a decent bet, be good to start the season with a clean sheet though.

I think +2.5 goals is a good call but I think odds will be about 4/7 or even 1/2. I have stopped betting both teams to score now due to getting more value on +2.5 goals.

The good thing about + 2.5 goals is having both sides playing for you whereas both to score you need a bit more luck.

I used to work in a bookies call centre and one of our quite successful punters told me this. In any game there should be enough chances for 3 goals to be scored. Mistakes are made by defenders and keepers but in reality there should still be enough opportunities.

I always feel happier when weather conditions are good as it allows good teams to pass the ball around and create chances.

This is a MUST WIN GAME!

Just thought I'd carry on from the end of last season.

No pressure on the players or manager from the outset then.

Our fans are so patient and understanding

It's not about patience but logic. We are playing at home against a team that has lost half of its best players. Not winning this match is unacceptable unless of course there is a force majeur like massive referee mistakes. I wont expect the same against City for instance.

Looks ok to me Stan.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.
