I am old enough to remember Chips in newspaper and this was in the days before they discovered health and you had loads of salt and vinegar on them making my mouth water thinking about it. Food of the gods when walking back from the pub As a kid growing up we had fish and chips every Friday for tea, with salt and vinegar, tea bread and butter. A great start to the weekend.

Food of the gods when walking back from the pub Plus a battered sausage, and you wake up the next morning wondering why your shirt is destroyed. Haha, been there done that more than once. Also why does someone else's chips always smell and taste lovely.

Am I the only one who thinks the Liverpool scouts are pretty much limiting their searches to European leagues and the bigger ones?
I am pretty sure there are some hidden gems in the south american or African leagues as well?
Probably the greatest leftback to have scored against United at Trafford

Any truth? Hope not! too injury prone in my opinion ! we have one injury prone striker don't need any more in my view and i haven't seen any links to him ? I hope yes, he is the most proven goalscorer that might be available. He had one major injury last season, doesn't make him injury prone, however, it's important to ascertain that he is back to his best or close to it. Lots of players are not the same after a knee injury.

I am pretty sure there are some hidden gems in the south american or African leagues as well? Yes there are hidden gems but thats not what the fans want they want well known strikers and they will get slated if they went for an unknown name. Us fans are never satisfied are we....?

I'd also be surprised if he wasn't on some silly City type wages too. I'm all for paying good wages but not in the £200k region.

That's the going price for players who can come close to Suarez replacement quality. He was that good before his injury, don't know now.
