If true, I hope we can sign a goalkeeper of that calibre for less than 5m. I wonder why he can be good enough to be number 2 at Bayern and not us.

Apart from apparently not getting on with Rodgers(?) I'd say it comes down to pride. He used to be number one but let it slip, made a mess of his situation at Liverpool, got his fingers burned with the Barca move and his wages were too high for a number two at LFC..

Take your pick smile

No need for a keeper at all.

I think the keeper is really an afterthought so Ayres mightn't need to spend a long time negotiating to sign a hopefully young goalie for a small fee and minimal wages

Striker first priority for me and then the full backs next

It's BR who is not playing him but Jones, leaving is not a choice Reina has but it's LFC's. I really think that BR has been unreasonable on this one as we will not be able to sign somebody with the money we will get from Bayern even counting his wages. The pride is BR's.

We should get shay given. Good enough. And wouldn't mind sitting on the bench. I dot understand why people expect begovic or Forster. Both are internationals who won't sit on the bench. Mingolet is number one and will stay there.

But there some who think that Begovic and/or Foster is a better goalie and the Migs would be number 2

I understand that. But realistically it's never gonna happen. He will keep faith with keeper he spent £9mil on a year ago

Everyone at ‪#‎LFC‬ wishes good luck to Pepe Reina, who has completed a transfer to FC Bayern München. http://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/latest-news/168538-reina-joins-bayern-mun

Except some of the more knowledgeable armchair critics in here of course who obviously hate loathe and detest him, poisonous little sh1t. whistle

Yup. Good luck Pepe, and hope you get shown more respect by their fans than some of ours have shown.
