To compare either of them at this stage in their careers is ludicrous to say the least.

Comparing them to the potential and ability of said counterparts at their respective level when of the same age is perfectly acceptable...doesn't take a lot to work that out...

I say keep him. After all, we can't control how much game time he'll get if he's loaned out.

Not comparing them to the players just the style of play. They are teens for heaven sake.

Hahaaa... don't want him getting to much! Keep him at Anfield so we can be certain he'll be tucked safely away on the bench laugh

All jokes aside, I hope he goes onto be a fantastic footballer. There's something poetic about a player who breaks through and makes a name for himself from the youth set up blush

Loan him out with an option to recall if a certain amount of games aren't played or some similar style clause. As someone else pointed out its important to choose the right club for him as well but I think he would benefit hugely from a year of consistent playing time at a premier league level

Comparing 18 year old's to the best two players in the world isn't a good idea, and it's impossible to judge how their careers will go.

That's why if you think they're wonder kids you compare them to other former wonder kids when they were the same age. You're the only one who's suggesting comparing them to the two best players in the world now.

You're suggesting they're being compared to 2 best players in the world, which is what they are now. Then criticising that because its obviously ridiculous. But you're the one who brought up that comparison, a comparison between them now and former wonder kids of the same age is completely viable and makes your point moot.
