Why would we not pay the wages? FSG are trying to move the team forward so why would they not accept 2 players they would be hopefully be able to move on in the future? No reasons given just mild abuse. Please provide your reason behind your statements!

When was the last time we signed a player on big, big wages? It wasn't my intention to mildly abuse you Growler, but wages have been supposedly the stumbling block with many players we've tried to sign in the recent past.

I'm only going on what I've seen at LFC over the last 20yrs or so, but players generally come in on good wages, then renegotiate a new contract if they impress.
I have no doubt that Pedro, Sanchez et al. are currently on more money respectively at Barca. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't see flood of Barca players coming our way in any swap deal
