With that line up the goals for and against column would prob both exceed 100 by the end of the season!

He's worth more than 80m, this biting thing doesn't diminish his value imo. If we're dealing only with Barca then Sanchez and Pedro (assuming they want to come) plus 60m.
I would value Suarez at 110m.

Take £50m + Pedro (£25m) + Alexis (£25m). Why take less than Bale? plus Barca rumoured to have £100m to finance restructure and so with adding those 2 and giving half to us they have got a good start plus 50m left for other spots like CD. And if they do get LS they stop Madrid from getting him cos they will be trying to do the opposite

True the Luis of last year but this year it is the Luis who wants to go to Barca where his wife is from, inlaws live, he owns a house and daughter was born. If he doesnt get it then we will watch a tornado of events battering Liverpool. He will be so destructive that all the good will be instantly forgotten. Why go through that? Accept the higheest ever bid even if it includes two really excellant stars who will strngthen the first team and bench before his value plummets at the end of next season where we wont get squat!
