I'd imagine they're only saying quiet until sentence is passed. Then if it's just for international games they'll come back in full force...

Yup.
You've got to read between the lines as to what these journalists scrawl.

I will say it again, it is violent conduct the same as a deliberate knee high tackle, faux moral outrage, yes its nasty and weird but its no worse than deliberately injuring a player with a tackle or an elbow, it is just that people are stupid and need some to be offended by.

Good to see this time around that we have lots more support for Suarez than last time.

I don't care what he has done in a Uruguay shirt. Will admit that if this was a Liverpool game yesterday that would be a different issue. Also he was not banned for Uruguay during any of his bans for us so cannot see FIFA having the power to ban him playing for us and punishing his club who have helped sort his head out.

The FA on the other hand having had their team including their £300k a week role model embarrassed by a 60% fit Suarez may do otherwise. I bet they are scouring through their own rule books to see if they can make some sort of charge stick and curry favour with FIFA for a future World Cup bid.

It's all fukking pantomime isn't it?
