He's a fantastic world class player but I'm not that bothered if he goes to be honest. I know he scored 30 goals for us last season and helped us out but he's just a player. Like that old saying says nobody is bigger then Liverpool fc. Everybody was worried when we sold the likes fowler, Torres and it might be Suarez but doesn't it show you that when we sell a heat player somehow we get a fantastic player in replacement. For example when we had Torres and he handed in a transfer request in everybody said that we will be no good without him. Then we sold Torres and bought Suarez. I think he's a great player and I would love him to stay obviously but if he goes he goes it's not the end of the world. We are Liverpool for god sake
It's just a bit sad we can only manage to hold on to 1 world class player at a time. It's been said before, but imagine Torres (in form) and Suarez playing together..would have been special. Imagine if we kept Suarez and bought Sanchez for example, special again I reckon. We won't dominate the PL again until we have multiple truly class players playing together.
