Anybody can get Luis for 40-50m. Looks like PSG has used it's transfer limit, so they will need to sell now. Chelsea has recouped close to 100m by selling in Jan and now.
It boggles the mind how this could actually happen Luis is the most overrated defender in history and if this goes through he will be the most expensive as well. How does Chelsea repeatedly get these inflated prices for their players? Shady indeed!

He is far from rubbish but I dont think anyone knows where to play him as he loses the ball to often because he tries to do to much and can be a bit rash,he looks uncoachable, worth about 15-20m imo, yes his hair is worth 25m
FFP reverberations in this deal. I suspect we will see a lot more of this merry go round in and out so that clubs will be able to at least come close to balancing things up on the books front.
