This is not getting any easier. When you think that we had it in our hands to win the league and we bottled it big time, what a nightmare.

Better players would have helped but after the City and Norwich games it was in our hands and we could have done it with the players we have. I think we would not have lost against Chelsea if we were more patient. I would therefore say, it's the experience at that level that we lacked more than better players. But yes, better players is always better.

(*cough*) rubbish...;)


Dont come on here claiming we didn't expect to be where we are because some of us did. I expected us to be top 3, i predicted our points total 81-85 which is exactly where we will end up. You make it sound like everyone agrees with you. Not everyone does. We have not been punching above our weight, we are where we are because we deserve it. It is the result of hard work in training and hard work in and off the pitch.

I personally find it very disrespectful when fans belittle the achievements or qualities of the team. This team we have has worked their socks off to be where they are and have made most of us very very proud. Don't go belittling them or saying they lack class or that they are not of a high enough quality. They are, perhaps all we lack is a bit of experience.

It's not right sixties..it's not fair. I know you wont be satisfied until we have a team full of big name players like Real Madrid has, i remember how you were salivating at the prospect of all the players spurs signed, but guess what...our little Joe's and Jordan's have finished far above spurs. They deserve their moment of glory, title or not. This has been one hell of a season and the boys deserve heaps of praise. Its been a collective effort though, manager, owners, players, medical staff...

The fact you wont admit that shows that you have another agenda though...but whatever that might be, lay off the players bud. They deserve nothing but praise to be honest. Even Johnson, who i feel is passed his best deserves praise for for the effort he has put in. The entire team.

If all you want is big name players, why not support Chelsea or city?

I didn't think we'd get relegated this season and although I don't like to big myself up,I think I deserve a gold star.

I expected Suarez to score a few goals this season, so I was bang on with that, and I predicted Migs would make some saves, yep, right again.

Jokes aside, in just sick of people belittling the efforts of the team. Its been a mammoth task and the team have done brilliantly. They are top quality!

In a coconut shell, can't argue with that.

Some of the team have been top quality, and some of the team has not, too many silly mistakes at the back to award them top marks imo.

I thought hammers or villa could nick a point but the palace debacle killed us.
