Fvck it I'll keep believing I have been every bloody year for as long as I can remember. This has been one hell of a bloody season and it is in our blood to win sh!t like this, never the easy way. Liverpool always has to add some drama to it.

Come on you Redsssssssss lets do this one last game.

The league is over, and this is coming from one of the biggest optimists on this forum. Sadly I stopped believing after last nights result. I'm not gonna sit here and sulk though, saying this is what we should have done.. Instead I will go about my business as usual, eagerly anticipating the summer and those glorious champions league nights at Anfield.

Yep, 'hope springs eternal in the human breast’, and Ninja’s optimism is infectious, and while I often disagree with him, I do agree this time. It aint over till it’s over, and the fat lady has yet to warble. As we witnessed last night Football is a funny old game and anything can happen, even the most unexpected, so here’s hoping

I cant see how any Liverpool fan could go into this weekend writing us off before a ball has been kicked.

Im surprised many fans made it this far with that attitude.

Behave will you! It's over after that complete and utter disgrace last night. I just want the season over now.

You have to believe. Pressure could get to City someone lashes out and they go down to 10 men. Anything can happen. Chasing the goal diff was silly but at 3 up with 35 mins to go and tails up we should forgive them for trying to get 5 or 6. The problem was that with 20 mins to go it was not likely to happen and we had gotten tired chasing as though we were 2 down. We did exactly the same at home to Notts Co in the league cup.

It all changed on that deflected goal and at that point the subs should have been made to protect what we had.

However sometimes it doesn't work that way. The Palace fans were immense last night and our fans at 3-2 were no longer vocal. What happened to YNWA at the end because I didn't hear it and the mood on this forum has been pants and very unforgiving. We are still in with a chance and the level of expectancy both at Anfield and Ethiaad may yet come into play with a strange twist. We are still top. YNWA.
