Statistic's are irrelevant at this stage. It all comes down to the players having the hunger and desire to overcome this final hurdle.

Being fair liverpool have two games left against teams with nothing to play for other than pride.
Whereas 'Citeh' have two games against one fighting for champions league the other fighting for epl life... i know that ones at the 'emptyseats stadium' but still villa on there day are a good side and not to be underestimated... citeh v wigan twice!!!!!!
