He's had a year away to adjust on a weekly basis to this league. The lad's quick and capable. I see no reason why BR won't develop the lad into a decent player if he has it to work as hard as Sterling.

He's had a year away to adjust on a weekly basis to this league. The lad's quick and capable. I see no reason why BR won't develop the lad into a decent player if he has it to work as hard as Sterling. Don't think he is near Sterling's skills on the ball, his strength is mainly his speed but without the ball.

Ummm, funny that, as almost every manager who he has ever played under including at international level has praised his technical ability, which translates to skills "on the ball". No point discussing it really, a year ago you were all slating Skrtel and Henderson. Now Henderson has created more goal scoring chances for us than Stevem gerrard has, all of a sudden evryone likes Henderson. Since Skrtel has played a blinder this season, everyone loves ol' Ninja Skrtel... I despise fans whose views change as the wind blows, but I guess that is just the typical fan these days. Not all are like that, but unfortunately, even amongst LFC fans that group has started to emerge as a majority. It's sad.

Skrtles form has changed with the wind since he's been with us which probably accounts for peoples opinion changing on him.

I agree his form has changed a few times, however when he is arguably our best defender for 2 seasons it shows he has quality. a change in form does not make him a sh1t player which is exactly what he was labelled at the end of last season. Hardly the opinion of a football fan with good knowledge of the game.
