I prefer Lucas sitting deeper, myself..
With Allen ahead of both Lucas+Gerrard.

And I think Coutinho+Sterling both playing as marauding #10's would be alright.
With most of our width coming from the fullbacks.

Yeah a straight swap, Allen for Hendo, the less fiddling about at this stage the better, and continue to do the things we’ve been doing to get us this far. Not sure Allen can give us the kind of tireless engine and work rate we get from Hendo though, however it’s still the best solution I feel, if Allen can step it up a bit.
The other option is for Gerrard to revert to his previous role, and play Lucas as the defensive mid, if that wouldn’t be a bit too taxing for Gerrard at this stage?

A surprising statistic is that Hendo has created more goal scoring chances for us this season than Gerrard. Scary. We will miss hum, no doubt, but this is when boys become men. Time for Sterling, Phil, Allen to step up!

I sometimes wonder if we just plug Hendo in and charge him up before the game. You NEVER change a winning team! He'll be a huge miss.

You are not CHANGING him. The man was red carded. These things happen and you gotta adapt.

I realise that, what I mean is that you should do your most not to change a winning team as it's the worst thing you can do. However obviously we may have to make two changes to a winning team and I fear that will be costly.

Good news is that Suarez loves playing against Norwich and i forsee him tearing them a new one.
