Against City we should field our strongest team. To me, that means:
Migs
Johnson, Skrtel, Sakho, Flanno
Hendo, Gerrard, Coutinho
Steling, Sturridge, Suarez
This team picks itself imo.

Need sturridge's pace to peg citeh's defence back.

I'm sure they'll be pleased if we bench sturridge and I don't think BR will ever agree to that.

I do not agree with the idea that crowding your midfield will give you more defensive security. The less forwards you have on the pitch, the more freedom you opponent will have in building attacks from the back and bringing defenders forward. A good example is our last game against West Ham when Andy Carroll, as clumsy as he is, pinned our defenders to their line and was always a menace.

It's a hard pick. I really like both of them. Agger wasn't even on the bench for the West Ham game so I wonder if he's hurt.

No way do you leave Sturridge on the bench for this game.

If City line up with 2 strikers, probably Dzeko and Aguero, I'd like to see us play Sterling, Coutinho and the SAS with Gerrard and Henderson

However if they play one up top then we need another midfielder, probably Allen, ideally Lucas at the expense of Coutinho for me, more likely to be Sterling though.

In regards to the question, Sakho.

i can't see aguero coming back for this, they already brought him back too early and he didn't like it. Sakho will bully dzeko all day long. think this game is made for us, the most interesting and match turning point will be silva marking gerrard and gerrard marking silva. if stevie wins that dual we win. Demicheals will surely balls up too

I agree,Sakho would be my choice, also I've been hearing some whispers that Silva is struggling with an ankle issue.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

Pellegrini was interviewed on the weekend and advised that Aguero wouldn't be risked for the Southampton game so that he was ready and raring to face us.

I expect him to play
