EastMan Under 18 Player E Joined: Oct 2011 Posts: 671	I can see Coutinho becoming our Xavi, he had a quite start at Barcelona but took off in his mid 20's. some players like schwarzenegger, Lampard, Ronaldo grow slowly as they gather experience, not every player is a world beater at 18.
