he got a lot of personal abuse and in fairness to him he took over a car crash and barely a penny to fix it.

Everything about Hodgson was wrong. He was the wrong manager at the wrong time with the wrong owners after the wrong sacking. He had a crap hand, but he didn't do much with it. Let bygones be bygones.

Not good news for us. We need Moyes to stay on as long as possible. Even if they change him tomorrow, there's no guarantee that they will turn their fortunes around any time soon. Things simply don't happen this way. Alex Ferguson was no ordinary manager and his leaving the club was never going to be easy. This is only the beginning of their tribulations. With time, their fans will get used to life in the doldrums.

You can't replace a European cup winner with a loser and expect the masses to be happy about it! Those cowboys said we have appointed a world class manager and a proven winner really what did he win? Some eastern European championship in some country no one gives a crap about. Fck you H&G I hope you die a slow miserable death! That's the fate you wanted for Liverpool so that's the fate you deserve!

Fortunately, that ship looks to have sailed. Very fortunately yes and Pep's ship as well, at least for a few years. Klopp, Simeone and even Martinez and Pochetino are the ones who could turn around things. We'll see.

do you think anyone could turn it around instantly?
