you can't compare the mancini and mourinho situations with the one of benitez. mourinho won the league twice and a couple of cups, mancini won the leauge twice. it was just stupidity to fire those two. and don't even mention real, they fired del bosque who won champions league twice and the league twice, they fired capello right after he won the league, the same with schuster...
but the thing is rafa hasn't won anything in four years and we've been crap this season, so i guess liverpool is the only club in the world who wouldn't have sacked him this season. it's not like he has a couple of league wins to fall back at. this is in a round about way what im getting at. when he said about wenger he has also done great things for Arsenal

To be honest i don't care what other clubs do, its pointless. We are Liverpool football club and we have our own way of dealing with things.
I have been disappointed in rafa this season I wont lie about it, I think when the pressure is on that's when the class shows through. However rafa when into his shell and played very bad football.
If he is there next season he will have to win me back on his side by playing some good football and buying well in the summer.

My reply to that was it would be a knee jerk reaction which would harm the club in the long run like it has with Real Madrid on a domestic and European basis and like it has Chelsea in Europe and before long at home as well.

if rafa had delivered the league i would give him one more season, but he hasnt! and as for arsenal im saying hes got away with winning nothing due to the massive success he has been there, however finishing outside the top four would still be unacceptable even for him so he should still walk if that happened
