thought I'd give this an update just to keep tabs of how teams are going in the run in
We have got 4 winnable games coming up where we need at least 9 points but 12 is attainable. Spurs and Everton both face Chelsea in those games so if we can get a good return of points, it could push us further ahead of the pack

I figure United can be written off at this stage

I figure Everton can also be written off at this stage and thought I would add the top 3 to see if we can aim higher. Arsenal have a seriously tough 5 league games coming up.

Top 4 should be close to being secured so I removed Spurs from the list. We need to focus on 1 game at a time and view them as 9 cup finals. Theres very little room for error and I think it will take north of 85/86 points to win the league

If we won all 9 games that only leaves City to worry about and they have some tough away games at United (used to be tough anyway), Arsenal and Everton to contend with.

everton might be the ones to help us out there.
for us i think the most dangerous game is west ham away. lumping balls to carroll is not what we like to defend against. might take us a while to get into that game and hopefully before big andy nods one down to nolan.
city at home be tough also obviously ,chelsea too.

Looking at the fixtures it would amaze me if chelsea didn't win the league.

After Chelsea dropped those points to Villa, the Arsenal match and their match against us will be crucial. Going for a-la-Mourinho draw won't be good enough because us and City are too close behind, and going all out in those games could lead to a slip up.
