Just goes to show how Benitez tactics are to blame for the disastrous season we've had. Let the team play and they are actually not a bad side.

if gerrard had played there all season we would have won more games,we may not have won the league but we would be closer and not struggling for 4th.

yep true. i think thats what many of us has been saying this season. the masch-lucas combination has not been working at all since day one and rafa should hade played stevie alongside one of them since the beginning of the season.
