Now that we have gotten over the euphoria of our victory over MU, it now time to focus on the next game, away at Cardiff.
Someone started a forum on the game between Everton and Cardiff. I did not watch the game but I read that Everton just barely won from the last kick of the game and Cardiff was battling hard in the game.
It will not be an easy game, they are facing the drop and at home. They will come out very strong.
Need to be really focus on this and not let our victory over MU get the better of us.
Our away record was not good until we won 2 quite difficult games on paper with clean sheets. The difference this time I think is that Cardiff will go for a draw and try to nick one if they get the opportunity, so I think we will have to battle it hard. It's not really a must win game for CL qualification but now the whole team are going for the title. Title winning teams must beat bottom clubs, so we should know how to grind results when the going gets tough. Everton just did exactly that by the way. I think we should be able to win it

If they decide to park the bus, I just hope it's not one of those mega long ones...

http://www.statto.com/football/teams/cardiff-cityCardiff are very poor and they have the second worst dg in the league vs second best. You never know how a game will go but anything but three points here will be a surprise.

Rogers's preparation has been near impeccable the entire season. I see nothing to suggest it will be any different here.
This team knows what they have to do each and every week form here in and that they are good enough if they want it bad enough. If anything that may make it easier.
Can't wait for Saturday. What a season. Still not remotely come down from 3-0 against the current champions!

For me this is more important than man utd in the past this was just the sort of place where we would slip up normally after a good result against a top club.
So this will be the real test Well I don’t agree it’s more important that beating Man United, but i do agree it’s these type games we’ve been slipping up in in the past, and as you say especially after a top win. So yes its a good test of whether or not we put that mentality behind us. I’m of the opinion that we finally have done and I’d expect a title challengers focus and performance there. No doubt they won’t make it easy and they’ll fight hard for PL survival, as you’d expect, but we should be good enough to break them down. Bit of a cliche I know, but an early goal will make it a lot easier for us I feel.

Always reminds me of a pig’s mickey, a long, crooked, dangling, ugly thing! but what else would one expect from Maureen?
