Now that we have gotten over the euphoria of our victory over MU, it now time to focus on the next game, away at Cardiff.

Someone started a forum on the game between Everton and Cardiff. I did not watch the game but I read that Everton just barely won from the last kick of the game and Cardiff was battling hard in the game.

It will not be an easy game, they are facing the drop and at home. They will come out very strong.

Need to be really focus on this and not let our victory over MU get the better of us.

Bollox.

NEVER get over the euphoria of that, just the same as I never did when we battered them 1-4 in October 2009.
Games and memories like this are precious and stay loccked in ya nut with happy bounciness FOREVER! laugh

Good to say, this game will always be in your memory but it will boil down to nothing if we do not carry this momentum to achieve the next level!!! (winning the league!!!)

I am very happy with the win but we must NOT get carried away with it.

For me this is more important than man utd in the past this was just the sort of place where we would slip up normally after a good result against a top club.

So this will be the real test

Do we stick with that same team? or go more attacking? i.e Coutinho in for Allen?

Will certainly be interesting to see how BR goes. I think he might stick with the same team, then if we need a goal 2nd half, bring on Coutinho and go for a more attacking formation

exactly what stanley said.

we need to treat this game like its man united away again and carry that focus into the games against the lesser sides to make sure we get the job done.

in recent years we've seemed to step up our game against stronger opposition then play a lesser side the following week to get turned over. we have to respect the smaller teams, especially at this stage of the season where they will battle for every possible point for survival

i think this will be a much tougher game than MUFC , cardiff and are in big trouble and are fighting but if liverpool score early might be the killer blow to them , tough game though.

Totally agree Faz. They will come out hard ad we need to score early so they have to attack us from early. This will open the game up for us because a point for them will almost be like a win.

Cardiff's form at home is average, I thought it was a lot better.
Still, I expect more resistance from them than was present at United.
