Are we so leaky at the back because we play such an attacking brand of football that keeps our midfielders in the opposition half most of the time? If we'd had Henderson further back, we might not have conceded three, but would we have scored four? Just wandering.

I think its a mix of:

1) Playing attacking football
2) Not having a proper DM
3) Defenders that like to do stupid things

Really looking forward to getting Sakho back, then maybe in the summer we need a new RCB as Skrtle is a liability

To be fair to skrytel, think he's done well all season and prob been our best performer at the back. Think our midfield goes missing a lot and leaves the back exposed too much. Having said that think toure, cisshoko and possibly even mignolet are liabilities. Don't think dagger has been the player he was and Johnson makes me nervous defensively. Other than that we are great:-)

A top DM will solve more than half of the problem except we will probably play a bit less attacking football, but, we could live with that.

Our defenders need to minimize the number of unforced errors, mistakes that are uncalled for, and that are not made while trying to win the ball. A good example is Skrtel's kick at the Swansea player AFTER winning the ball, which cost him a yellow card and a free kick from which they scored the equalizer. I was glad with a penalty decision against Skrtel for shirt pulling that did not cost us any points. It was long overdue.
