Howy boy missed the penalty for the Oxlade-Chamberlain foul on Luis but Stevie G should have also been sent off because he should have recieved a 2nd yellow. Both were sh1t decisions but they cancel each other out. I know he's been p1ss poor when refereeing our games but so be it.
