If we stay pricking about tonight then Everton will sweep us aside. They are organised and consistent. It's up to Rodgers to get the team in the right frame of mind which is a worry because we have started a few gamesswith a terrible attitude and lack of direction.

The squad is so badly battered and bruised is it any wonder we’ve looked a bit off colour of late? Now Sakho and Allen is added to a long list of injuries, with no adequate replacements available. working under these conditions it’s difficult to have a team firing on all cylinders though Flames.

It's always been like that under Rodgers. Nothing to do with injuries. It's not the not winning that bothers me or even the lack of quality. It's the lacklustre approach to games.

its so gonna be injuries tonight..fsg should have had a new centre midfield player made his debut in the fa cup and ready for this massive game...criminal that they didn't. if we lose tonight ,and there is a damn good chance we will, then 4th is gone. the squad barely has 11 fit players

Well there hasn’t been much evidence of a lacklustre approach though Flames. Our last few games we’ve not sparkled as well as earlier in the season but that is largely due to disruption caused by mounting injuries and a lack of suitable replacements for the 1st eleven.
After all as everyone knows, injury to key players disrupt every teams preparations, style of play and performance.

It's also the lacklustre approach to signings that is bothersome.

Why on earth sign players who play in positions we don't need backup for at the moment, when we're clearly screaming for inforcements elsewhere?

And why bother sending the likes of Assaidi and Borini out on loan when we don't plan to replace them with something better?

Moses <-> Assaidi ?????

Hard to determine who's best of those alternatives. But we managed to splash some dough (that we don't have any) on yet more dross.

Alberto? Even an under performing Moses has contributed more than him. I think it will be the same line up as in the cup, except probably Flanno will play instead of Kelly.
