2005? lol, since about 93 when i was 8 actually mate.

but instead of insulting people try using your head and not your heart.

there comes a point when a manager has to go and that time passed a while ago

would you still support him if we were 18th?

Who you going to replace him with? The board don't have the money to give Rafa let alone anyone else!

Firstly you'd need to pay off the rest of Rafa contract then you'd need to pay compensation for the next manager who would need a hefty amount of money to rebuild his own squad.

martin jol is a realistic target

it may cost 20m to pay off rafa, but we could give rafa 20m to buy a player which he will leave on the bench every week

Yes you may support him but does that mean you want him to stay?
Rafa has had us playing poor football for the entire season....boring, negative crap!! I think we have played good football in maybe three games at most this season and won those games comfortably. Our last two games prior the Mancs are proof of that because we have scored goals but then he plays a with a negative approach against them....why not take them on and if we get slughtered at least we had a fair chance and played with creativity. We have nothing to lose at this stage of the season so we should be attacking every team we face and NOT playing to NOT lose!
I also support him but I still want him to leave because he has taken us backwards with his negativity. The way he treats players from an outsiders point of view (because none of us really know what happens in the inner sanctum) is terrible. The players look disinterested. He has lost the dressing room with his approach and changes need to be made. I praise Riera for speaking up because he actually wants to play. Yes he may have been a little more diplomatic about it but what else is he supposed to do. He has told it as it is from his perspective instead of lying about it.I think he should be playing because he is (IMO) the left winger we have and eventhough he hasn't been at his best he still makes a difference to the team when playing.
