Looks like he's played his last game for the reds, what's bugging me is the amount of players past and present who are coming out to slag Rafa. Just makes me ponder how much rafa has lost the dressing room!

Never understood why we went for him. Failed at city and has never looked quite good enough when he gets a chance in the side. Not the worst player in the squad by fany measns but just below the required standard. Good luck to him in Russia.

I think it's a shame that when he speaks his mind he gets chastised for it. It's refreshing for players to not hide behind bullsh1t all all the time. He may have been a little more diplomatic in how it was said but at least he spoke the truth. Rafa's man management skills are obviously very frustrating for the players because regardless of who you are and what position you are in, praise is always welcome and so is encouragment. If players play well then give them the courtesy of letting them know. It makes them feel better and gives them confidence and that is a word Rafa loves to use in press conferences so he should farking well use it with his players too!!

Apparently he had a fight with one of the younger members of the squad and this is the final straw.Senior players had to step in and stop him...
