well the stoke city game i am expecting a fully rejuvenated reds after Rodgers did exactly what you all wanted last week rested all the players , so if liverpool do lose i dont see how anyone can complain , brendan has done all he can to have liverpool refreshed rejuvenated . contradiction. is it ?

Winning will also depend on the tactics/game plan BR will have in place. no i thought the plan was rest players in the cup so the league games the players are fresh ans all nicely rested and there no problems .

One plan is not enough to win games, thought you would at least know that. To win games you need good players who are fit and a good game plan.

That was probably the most physical game of the season so far, good job we rested a few of our key players.

That was probably the most physical game of the season so far, good job we rested a few of our key players. We could clearly see the benefit of resting our players in the second half today when we kicked on again. Great result.
