We were just saying at the match today our midfielders (with exception of Gerard) are decent to very good.
But look at the chances missed Henderson sterling Allen.
Had most of them fallen to Paul scholes or someone like him it would be in the back f the net.
My point ?
To take the club forward we need to up the ante on our midfielders and need more goals coming from midfield we not converting enough. I would like to see the transfer strategy reflecting this but remember very good is not enough

there's too much "development" going on. sterling, fine he is still a young lad, henderson i have to say i still like, im not sure why sometimes but i like his attitude and he seems to look after his teeth. couthinio has some fantastic ability but its all to fleeting, there doesnt seem to be enough pressure on the lad to get his [oops] together, he plays like its pre season. we need a finished product ho can just roll in there and start rocking.

Coutinho is proving to be a bit of a selfish player, and it's to the detriment of the team. Sterling is a youngsters and whilst i really like Hendo, why the feck is he so incapable of tucking away clear cut chances? He needs to do some serious work on his composure and finishing.

he has the most potential out of anyone to be a top midfielder, which i know is a contentious opinion, but if he could finish he would be a serious asset. ive seen him deliver gerrard style passes, he can read quick passing movements, and get in the right place. he just cant score, but then again, a few people cant, could be down to coaching?

sterling is doing just fine too. i have gave raheem plenty of stick , but credit when due he has been playing much much better and looks a real threat at the moment he needs to keep the progress going .
