im not losing my mind, im saying what i have always said. rodgers should get until the end of the season, no top 4, then on yer bike. But you're the only one who can't see that he's doing a good job with a shoe string budget and threadbare squad. If FSG stump up in January and it all goes wrong then maybe. But up to now, especially this season, he's doing very well. na not quite. firstly he bought several rubbish players. why not just buy two quality players and promote from the youth squad. i appreciate sturridge is injured, who was a good purchase, but why the hell is toure on the bench when sak o' shiite is all at sea out there? I don't think Sakho is bad at all, but i do think Toure should be starting ahead of Glen Johnson for the next few games. Johnson was very very poor. We didn't lose the game (and top 4 position) because of Johnson but because of our poor squad with the likes of Aspas, Alberto and Ilori who brought nothing to the team despite spending above 15m of our very limited budget. I knew we had a very thin squad, don't understand why those running the club couldn't see it, fcuking blind [oops]. But then FSG knows how to build winning teams, what do I know, we'll soon win a lot of great things.

I doubt you'll ever win anything...
Obviously you watched a different game, Illori and Alberto didn't play so we hardly lost to Chelsea or City because of them.
Time to step away from the keyboard and chill out a bit. We are still a very very strong team and are still in contention for top 3.

This is exactly what I said, we spent our VERY limited budget on players who cannot even get a game and we end up putting kids to win games. Top3? Keep dreaming mate, we won't get top 4 without reinforcements, we might if we recruit well in Jan, pass on the message to your beloved FSG.

There's another problem too: that the transfer window is open for all teams, not only us.
We don't just need to reinforce compared to where we are now, but also compared to what other clubs do.
There's a high probability that for instance Manure and Everton will sign new players too.

few good buys in Jan and we will be in top 4. we made progress from last season and most importantly we are playing some good football. we need a world class midfielder who can score goals, and a left back.

Vish, my beloved FSG, as you call them, made funds available for Mkhytaryan and Costa, both expensive quality players...the money was made available, the players turned us down. BR chose not to use a gung ho approach and go and splash 35 mil n another Andy Carroll and chose to keep those funds until another adequate target was found and a am very happy about that too. The last thing we need is BR spending 20 30 mil on an overrated player just to satisfy fans such as yourself.
What defines Liverpool fans is believe and hope and those 4 words "You'll Never Walk Alone", but it seems to me you don't understand what any of those mean as I have never heard any words of belief or hope from you and your approach and posts show clearly that this is the case.
Either way....top 3 is the target for me, and it is achievable...
Some might say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one....

As if after Mkhitarian and Costa the best we could get were Aspas and the likes, we had to play Smith today for God's sake, did you see our bench? Top 3? Don't think there are a lot dreaming like you, let's talk at the end of the season then, if we do get top 3 I'll say I know nothing in football and you were always right, if we don't would you say that FSG are not doing a good job?

I was thinking of Costa earlier when our number 9 came on.
That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

ALL teams buy players for the future like Ilori.
ALL teams buy players that don't work out right away like Aspas
The difference between us and the likes of City/Chelsea is that a transfer dud makes bigger news - and that they pick up 30-40 mil players quite regularly while we have only bought one in our entire history. But for a team aspiring to get in the top 4 and compete for trophies (this is what I want my LFC to be, not sure about you) you don't rely on kids to win games, Coutinho and Sterling are good players but not mature enough, today against title contenders, we played Smith, guys where is this LFC going?

If fsg give br the funds next month to sign the players br wants....
Then fsg have done their job...
if fsg don't give br the funds ..... Then the owners r to blame
If br signing r pants, br is To blame
So in a ideal world ie Fsg give the ££ Br buys quality players 3 or 4 of them
Win the title or a top 4 finish and everyone is buzzing
