I wouldn’t be applauding a young player for being stupid enough to consistently play through the pain barrier, that can put a very quick end to a promising career.
I wish someone could talk a bit of sense into him before it’s too late.
But thats like telling Suarez not to carry on after the horror tackle he had on Saturday. If England was like the other countries not one player would think about not playing. It just seems that England as Team seems like Joke to other Managers and Fans
There’s no comparison between a player running off an injury during a match and a player repeatedly carrying an injury into match after match.
England are a victim of over expectation, poor performances and a gutter press, pity but that’s where they’re at.
