Am watching Newcastle vs. Chelsea as I write. Its been such a long time since I've seen Torres that hungry. He hasn't had a great game by any stretch of the imagination, but his attitude is reminiscent of the old Torres.

Hunger is what got him that goal at City. I still don't think he'll ever be quite the same after the knee injury, even if he does get much better.

I don't understand what happened to Ba, he has completely disappeared.

I don't think he's a big enough personality, which you have to be to survive at Chelsea. Newcastle was set up around him, and Chelsea doesn't play to his strengths.

Makes me laugh whenever he does anything positive the commentary latch on to the Torres of old bullshittt.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

It's so weird watching him play for me still. It's like when a girl dumps you, but you still have feelings for her, even after all these years. Part of me still wants him to do well, even though the rest of me has been laughing my arse off at him and Chelsea since we sold him.

Oh I completely agree, 100%! Yes he has looked a little more hungry recently but the Torres that played for Liverpool is long gone.

Think that's just you mate.

Pete: Berg, I'm just not cut out to be a good person.
Berg: I know. That's why the Lord gave us good looks.
