Well it's a no brainer really, we're at home, the oposing team is ranked below us, and we need to win if we have any ambition to make top 4. What we have to be looking or is: is our team set up to win? have they an appropriate game plan? do they all know their role in it? and do they set about it in a brisk and workman like fashion, with a will and a desire to win? i.e. do they have a winning mentality as they go out on the pitch?
If we answer yes to those questions, then the manager has done his job.
It then remains for the players to impose themselves and their game plan on the opposition...if they are able!
If they're not able we then know we lack the quality required, we won't make top 4, and then it's back to the drawing board...and the shouting!
