Someone said last week his main attributes were his goal scoring and creating opportunities. I just can't see it. He's improved and he's a good squad player, but he doesn't add much to the team, especially as an attacking midfielder. I do like the guy but I think SG and Lucas are making him look like he dictates our play.
Put Toure in DM and tell Gerrard he needs to actually start running again. Or put Sakho as DM, he's a Yaya in the making.

Hendo is a decent player. He isn't in his best position which is CM. If he played there, he would get comfortable and we would start to see what he could offer which is movement, good passing and energy. Unfortunately Lucas and Gerrard are playing where he should. I think he would do a much better defensive job than Lucas has been. And he would keep the ball moving and help the team move around instead of laying deep and stationary.

Did you know that the two defeats we had suffered in the last 25 games before Saturday that Hendo never started either of them. In fact since he came back in the team after his halftime cameo against Wigan at home we have picked up double the number of points per game than without him. The lad is switched on and a future star. Loved it the way he gave Giggs a mouthful and he is one of the few who challenge Suarez when he does not pass. Future captain in my eyes.

Henderson is a classy player. Never stops running and is a true professional.
Unfortunately since he arrived at Anfield, he has never played in his correct position, he's good at crossing, passing and has a great first touch.
Right now he should replace Gerrard and take his current position.

Okay..in a nut shell...
Hendo .. A 16m average English signing is a squad player...at best He's a future captain in the making, unfortunately Kenny played him in the wrong position, Rodgers would rather play his golden boy and when Hendo does get a chance it's in the wrong position. His potential is being stunted by an incompetent manager.

You must be seeing a totally different player to me. No creativity, regularly gives the ball away and offers very little going forward. Not good enough for central midfield. If he is our future then the future is very bleak Okay..in a nut shell...

He doesn't give the ball away very often at all, actually. He passes very accurately. He doesn't quite split a pass like phil, but he's usually accurate. He has a good touch and he's good at long and short passing. He's also one of the only guys on the team with some muscle, particularly in the midfield.

Agree, his one major problem is to finish because he lacks confidence in front of goal post. With hard work, he has the potential of becoming a Lampard who all his managers say was the less skillful player but became who he is through hard work.
