You mentioned that you actually haven't read Carra's comments - yet have judged what I said regarding them which (even whilst drunk) seems a little naive to me.
king your a nice poster and i have just read the other thread so realise your a bit tippsy so i will take back the cuntish remark. i havent heard what carra said but i have read a few things that he has said and i am in inagreeance (sp) with him. even if i hadnt read or seen what he said i have enough faith in him to think he wouldnt say it if he really didnt mean it. he says it the way he sees it and that is refreshing for a pundit

Yep, you're completely correct mate, he does call it how he sees it and let's be honest, that's why he makes such a great pundit and his footballing knowledge is faaaaaaar superior to mine. However, I also watched the Swansea game and personally felt that Sakho may have had a rude awakening to what's expected/required in the premier league yet had a fairly (going on very) competent debut. Again, I feel I must apologies as I've not read the previous comments (for reasons I've already mentioned) but I'd like to clarify if I'm alone here in disagreeing with Carra.

Cheers.

I also disagree, it was Sakho's first game in the EPL where the game is much faster than in France, i think he will adapt, but he needs to be able to keep his concentration throughout the full game, which he had problems with in France. His mistakes were mainly committing himself too early, otherwise he cleared a number of balls. Carra has forgotten how bad he was when he started playing in the centre, he had to be moved to full back position before gatting back to the centre after a couple of seasons, i think he scored 2 own goals in one game once in Gerard Houllier days.

I don't necessarily disagree or agree with him. Sakho had a very mixed bag of a game. Some times he looked really good, sometimes he looked a bit exposed. He just needs time I think.
