Depends, if it's a comedian with bad jokes, not much unlike yourself, then it's the same, however if the jokes are funny it's different. Kidding.
P.S. seems my jokes are bad too. Would someone hand me my coat?
Actually, so far I am very surprised by the results of the poll. Only a few weeks ago Stanley was telling me most here were against FSG and I believed him. Seems he was wrong. As most have voted 'could do better' and 'room for improvement' while we're sitting top of the league,i wouldn't say he's too far wide of the mark Marko.
That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

Your not bad Marko kid And yea the general view on here is pretty accepting toward FSG which I suppose isn't too surprising given their ridiculous PR drive. I personally don't trust FSG as far as I could throw them and believe that they would jump at the chance to sell if a suitable offer came in. You can't believe everything you hear but I believe that they put far too much emphasis on FFP and have ended up disappointed. However I realise that they're doing ok and have appointed a top top manager in Rodgers ( I'll be crucified for that) so I'm prepared to sit tight until we get top 4 and then hope that they sell up to some rich shiek.

Haha, I do believe they would sell if the right offer came in, but that doesn't bother me. All I care about is that what they are doing at the moment, is good for the club in my opinion. Whether they sell up, make a profit or a loss is of no consequence to me, as long as the club is better off.

Any credit for the clubs good start shoud go to Rodgers who has done well despite not because f FSG. However let us nt forget the end of the season is way matters before we get too carred away,

Right, I agree we should wait for the end of the season. But I also believe it is very very ignorant and arrogant to try and sweep the fact it was FSG who opted for Rodgers in the first place, under the carpet.
They brought in Kenny to appease the fans, they then learned from that mistake and refused to give into fans, when they appointed Rodgers against the will of most fans. Rodgers then brought in Allen and Borini for around 27 mil, they learned from that mistake too and formed a committee after which our transfers have seemed a lot Lot better. To try and avoid those facts is fair and to me seems like something that someone with an agenda against them would do. It is not an objective way to look at things.
It seems most on here would agree they re doing a decent job, with room for improvement. I can't think of any club in the world where there isn't room for improvement though.

As another user on here said, when financial instability is present at a club, it filters down to all levels, including the playing staff. FSG made sorting out the financial aspects a priority, which has led to an improved performance by the club on all levels. I am not saying the players are performing better because of it, but I am sure it also plays a part. When the players see the club doing well off the pitch, t,ing the hard line with players like Suarez and showing ambition, it shows a hunger to succeed, it creates a team spirit, which filters down throughout the squad too.
I think if we look at the results of the poll and remove the 2 extreme values, options 5 and options 1, it is quite obvious that the the overall opinion on here is a positive one. Perhaps the sample group is not the ideal size, but statistically speaking, there is no doubt that the majority feel the owners are performing above average and are doing more than just scraping by.

Marko I don't dispute your arguments about financial discipline as an accountant that is my calling. But in the context of liverpools problems that is a pinprick. Liverpool may be top of the league now but off the fied we are light years behind say our main local rivals in manchester. That's what I care about the big issues. As for Rodgers he is doing well but he s not a shankly or paisley or even a Benitez yet. As for appointing dalglsh because the fans said so and learning from the mistake well that is about as stupid as it gets from so called professional operators.

While this is true, you can hardly blame them for making that decision. It was a time when we were at our lowest point for a very long time and morale was low. They were brand new to the sport so couldn't possibly know what was what. Appointing Dalglish wasn't at all a ridiculous move. After all, he already knew what Liverpool was all about, he was successful in his previous spell at Liverpool and he made Blackburn champions in the past. I'm sure even the magic 8 ball they probably used told them 'Probably' when they asked it if Kenny would bring success back to Anfield.
