I'm curious: does anyone have any insights; or opinions (more likely; since this kid's experiences at LFC seem a mystery) -- as to why Pacheco never broke through.

I've always rated him and would have liked to see him do well; not to mention that I was a lil' shocked when Sterling leapfrogged him last year or so, and Ibe did this year.

Also, though I've seen Alberto play only some, I admit I rated them both about the same. Our signing Alberto pretty much convinced me Pacheco was done = out.

So, really; do any of you die-hards know/think you know, what happened & why?

not good enough. i think he will do ok for him self but cant see him playing for a top club like us in the PL. me on the other hand am a completely different story

I would have loved to see him loaned out to an EPL side to see how he would have fared.

He did well at Norwich in the Championship. He just sort of fizzled out really. He always choked when he was called upon, and he did nothing to impress. Raheem and Ibe on the other hand took it by the scruff of the neck. they're cut from a different cloth than him, and so is suso.

4 managers didn't play him so obviously there was something going on that we were not seeing.
