Apparently Chelsea want £3million loan fee, which is a bit much!
Though I'd really like to see us go for Ba!

Offers something we really don't have upfront Hendo, very combative, strong striker who scores goals and is a threat in the air. Also with Borini going out on loan, Ba would be ideal in my opinion.

Yes but I think its clear that Rodgers wants pace and skill upfront. Not exactly Demba Ba is it?

Yes but I think its clear that Rodgers wants pace and skill upfront. Not exactly Demba Ba is it? He's a goal scorer who offers something very different to what we already have. A season long loan deal would be perfect for me, obviously Brendan Rodgers has a different view.

Have you seen much of Ba, Hendo? He's a cracking striker, not too dissimilar to Benteke. He'd fit into our system without a problem. Just because he's a different type of player doesn't mean he wouldn't be a good buy for us. We don't have a Yaya Toure type midfielder but would you turn your nose up at him?
