Pretty sure Sakho is our top target to play left centre-back. He's being linked with us more and more. Alderweireld is our second choice right sided centre back. Not sure where all this is coming from...

I remember after our last signing thinking and saying it would be our last. Whole summer has passed now and no big names in bar Kolo, cant see us getting in anyone of note. To be honest i'm not to unhappy with our current lot at all, missing a CB and a winger but i honestly believe we can challenge for top 4 well a better challenge than last season and if we keep Danny in form and linking up with Coutinho i wouldn't be surprised. When we get Suarez back we'll be a real force imo IF we can keep consistent. Sunday alone for me will tell alot about our season, lose and it could be the same story only winning when it doesn't matter, beat United and it will send out a message.

No,this is not a good town for psychedelic drugs.Reality itself is too twisted.

We can't stop here, this is bat country!

But would you really think we couldn't compete for 4th if we lose?! It seems crazy to me to judge the team on one performance... The first 5 games don't define our season... I'm happy there is someone who is at least happier with what we have now than before... And I do still expect more incomings, but I can't believe that you think the Utd game will tell you how we'll do. Last season we lost both games. Not sure if losing the game on Sunday will really mean we're set to finish in a similar position to last season.

Thats not what i'm saying, what i mean is yeah of course we can with the current squad as so many other things play a factor and on the day we can beat any of the top teams, but last season we only beat Spuds out of the top few and a win Sunday for me would make me look at it alot more optimistically which you cant say if fair enough. With Johnson, Agger, Enrique, Gerrard, Coutinho, Sturridge and Suarez in the team we can certainly compete dont be fooled but we need to show it on Sunday or it could just be typical Liverpool again.

Fair enough. Sorry if I mis-read the comments. It came across as though the season for you hinged on the game. My bad.
