I thought it was only 2? Didn't we draw and lose a game to each of them? So in that case we're already doing better than last seasons 4 games after just 1!

dead right WNP/Stan. my mistake, was including a WBA result in there accidentally. actually in looking at WBA, they had lukaku last season who also bullied us. those results against WBA, villa and stoke were the most disappointing i think

Villa put up a good fight against Chelsea, but ultimately got beaten 2-1 tonight.

Benteke played well again (so they said on talk sport) I don't think this game will be a walk in the park. But let's all hope we can get the win we all want. It will take a lot of pressure off the team for the united game.

Villa win 2-1 going by current form , but I hope they're a bit drained and I hope I'm wrong. Think Benteke will give our defence nightmares to be honest.

It'll be interesting to see how Kolo handles Benteke. Baker's hurt, so their backline will be a bit vulnerable I think. If we get three points, I'll be very pleased.

Villa play very well away from home because they soak and counter with Benteke, Weimann and Agbanlahor (spell?)

At home - this should be interesting. if they get a freaky goal, they will revert to their away tactics and we will be screwed.

as cliche as this may sound, the first goal could be absolutely crucial. if we get it, they will open up.

with their confidence sky high, we could see our first draw. not optimistic about a win though. Love to be wrong.
