OP JayGB1982 Under 23 Player J Joined: May 2012 Posts: 2,297 Surrey, UK	So the new season kicks off this weekend Really looking forward to seeing how we develop this year. We do need a couple of real signings but the one's we have made this year have given us depth and we've also managed to trim the wage bill of more players who offered us very little in terms of ROI. So given our current squad and the fact that Suarez is banned for 6 games. Who would you like to see feature this weekend? I would go for something like... Mignolet Johnson - Toure - Agger - Enrique Gerrard - Lucas Henderson Sterling - Coutinho - Aspas Sturridge Subs Jones, Kelly, Skrtel, Alberto, Allen, Borini, Ibe Not sure about both Sterling and Aspas starting myself. And I doubt Henderson will start ahead of Allen but that's the team I think I would play for Stoke. Your thoughts? Who would you chose given the current squad? Prediction Liverpool 2 - Stoke 0 Sturridge Gerrard

I also don't think he fits well in the position/system we play. Also bearing in mind Stoke will "park the bus", I would go for: Mig Johnson - Toure - Agger - Enrique Allen - Lucas Sterling - Coutinho - Alberto Sturridge The Gerrard lovers can rest easy, 'cos it won't happen...
