So, Torres, Meireles and now Suarez have all stated that the clubs 'broken promises' have been there reason for wanting to leave the club.
Personally i feel this has to affect the clubs chances of bringing in players, I know if i was a top player and promised the world by LFC i would be unsure weither to take there word or not.
If 3 top players have forced there way out surely you would be abit uneasy and this would be a factor on weither you join or not ?

agreed , they never look at themselves always someone else's fault. He was happy enough to sign a contract , if he needed a release clause he should have insisted on it.
Only one i would feel for is Meirles cause i do believe we signed him on crap wages with a promise to increase it once a takeover was complete.

Suarez kept his promise to lfc, br, fsg ie he will score as many goals as he can to help lfc get back into the cl.....
But he needs quality players around him to achieve this...
If no cl football is achieved, then a gentleman's agreement kicks in fir suarez to move to a cl team....
Was it in Suarez contract for him to score 20+ goals last season... No
As long as he performed and gave 200% and scored the goals to help get a top 4 finish only.. He cud leave lfc finished below 4 place..
Only suarez , his agent, fsg, ayre, br no the truth ...
Ps... Their is a pattern to Broken promises made to players by lfc ie Torres , pep, raul and now Suarez

All (ok most) players are selfish and they only want the best for themselves. The truth is that once a bigger club comes calling with more money and CL games, it's always going to be impossible to keep them. Unless your last names are gerrard or carragher.
We're now also-rans under FSG's stewardship. They don't have money to bring us back to the top but sufficient to keep us at least at mid-table.
We're dying a slow death in english football.
