Yes we need one in fact legally i am sure its a requirement to be effectively moderated. But it should be crystal clear wat it should be used for and what not

A forum has to cater for all levels of dimwittery unfortunately.

I dont completely disagree with a change in the system of moderation but I'm just unsure how much Dunk or anyone can really do. I mean these are UBB Threads or something arent they? I'm not sure anything all that different is possible. But as Stan and Growler have just said, it all boils down to people not having common sense.
