I think it's terrible that people are calling Suarez a rat now, Cool Flames smoked him out months and months ago and had to put up with bullying, getting ganged up on, reported and then banned for calling him a vile rat and now he is commonly recognised as Suarat, maybe it would be an idea to apologise to CoolFlames not you people on here in general and overturn his ban, he seems an honest feller and am sure he wont hold any grudges with people on here for doubting his sound judgement, the forum was much more entertaining with him on board and it was never boring. Just an idea... I still think you are wrong as it happens. Anyone who expects player loyality in modern football is mentally ill as far as I am concerned. No problems personally with Suarez leaving providing the replacement mega paid mercenary we replace him with is better or at least as good. Which I doubt so stanley you would of had no problem with players like Lee Bowyer, Lee Hughes, Mikiilovic who played for Lazio I think or Graham Rix playing for us if they were good players and made us a better team Mihajlovic.... Great player, lousy character! Had perhaps, the best free kick and left foot in the game at the time. Played for Inter too...won a CL medal with Red Star Belgrade. My hometown club.

I think you are mistaken, he was lousy as a character on the field, spitting, kicking etc., but off the field he was a completely different person. I don't know why you are slating his views when his views are not controversial at all. He is actually fairly well educated and well spoken. He hasn't had any controversial views though.
His on field antics were despicable though, however they were common in Italy at the time and I feel he dished outs much as he got. I remember Klinsmann shouting and it ting in his face but when Mihajlovic returned fire, Klinsmann made an issue of it.
Mihajlovic gothis revenge though in a Euro match when he expertly placed a powerful free kick right into Klinsmanns face and knocked him out cold.

If you were a manager, would you bring in such disruptive disloyal character? he may be very talented, but he has shown he is selfish and disrespectful to fellow players, fans and the club.
any team he goes to now there will be the stigma of a trouble maker who will turn on you when he feels dis-satisfied.
My prediction is he will get his transfer and be in the same situation in 12 months, then he will end up playing in Turkey for another 12 months and then disappear.
he will be remembered as a brilliant talent who completely fooked himself by being a [oops].
would make a good "mafe for TV movie".

Chesterville, I was talking about mihajlovic, but either way, I would probably would bring in a character like Suarez in the hope that I could correct his behaviour. His footballing talents are unquestionable and I can't think of a team or manager that wouldn't want him in their side.

You are skating on thin ice accusing him of being racist. I know who you are talking about. We are talking about the same person. The current manager of the Serbian national team, which defeated wales 6-1, the guy who used to play for Sampdoria, lazily and Inter and was assistant to Mancini at Inter.
Calling him a racist Serb fella is a bit of a provocation, take it easy. As I said, his on field antics were bad but he is a completely different person, off the field. And before you carry on, let me just tell you that YES, I know him personally, he lives 3 houses away from me.

With so many mentioning him as a rat, I now read the topic as "Suarez Squeaks"
