On reflection after today's other results I am rather [oops] off that we picked up only 1 point in what must be our most important game of the season. We had to beat City today and the teams lack of creativity / go for it, is causing me to drink way too much.

How important was that drop of points do you think? Will this game be the one we look back on that cost us 4th?

Think I'm gonna go rob a liquor store.

Depressed.

i dont even want to think what will happen if we dont get 4th spot, it might force the two clowns out or else force torres and gerrard to look elsewhere for medals. plus city or spurs then have cl football to draw real top players to them!

What do you think of Everton's chances? It seems they are sneaking up into the fight now as well.

It was a good result for us. City have a much harder run in than us and next weekend we are playing Blackburn at home (Blackburn never travel well) and City have Chelsea away.

No-one has easy games Emp. There maybe the odd 1 or 2 that appear easy but results have been all over the place this season for all teams. The thing that has killed us this season (besides Rafa's tactics and selections) has been the inability to put our best 11 on the pitch consistently due to injuries and our squad lacks depth. Every team has had poor results against teams they should have defeated!
