many on here and other outlets radio etc have put this nonsense firmly at the feet of ian ayre, brendan rodgers and FSG's , but since day one to this minute LFC have said over and over again suarez isnt for sale LFC have no intentions of selling luis and have openly rejected arsenal's bids etc etc , i think its time to put the blame for all of this at the feet of suarez and his representatives once and for all , look i am no fan of ayre or FSG but i think they dealt with this very well and suarez and his representatives has been nothing more than a disgrace , and the times commented that an option for suarez is to go on strike to get his move well this sort of action wouldnt shock me because of the nasty way suarez and his reps have been over this nonsense .

Faz, as you know, I have defended Suarez on many occassions, i do agree with this post of yours though, and to be honest, I still want him to stay, even if he doesn't want to. In a world cup year, he cant afford not to perform at his best, so he can throw all the hissy fits he wants. I want FSG and BR to stand firm over this, I hope they do. I said I wanted them to stand firm over their valuation of Mkhitaryan, I said I wanted to stand firm and not overpay for Dempsey, but now, more than ever, they must stand firm.

Burning bridges he maybe BUT he needs to play football, eventually. If LFC stand firm - and they appear to be, I'll be right behind them. If he strikes for the first six games, so what. Selling him to Arsenal is the last thing we should do. Let him kick off he wants to. I think he'll get over it quickly if we get off to a good start. What choice does he really have if we don't sell him? If Tevez can be re-habilitated at Man City, I'm sure Suarez can be at LFC.

We've seen it now as Villa this summer with Benteke who lets be honest has no right to stay there he's far to good, we've seen it with Tevez last season and also Rooney, but with almost every player there's a good chance they'll u-turn when offered more cash.

No,this is not a good town for psychedelic drugs.Reality itself is too twisted.

We can't stop here, this is bat country!

Agree with you, he won't play the first 6 games even if he is not on strike. Unless there is a release clause, it's in FSG/BR hands and I am not comforted when there is a target value communicated apparently to Arsenal.

Agree. Why offer him at any price? On the one hand JH is scoffing at £40M and then we appear to be comfortable with £50M. That's not much more, as a proportion.

Do think it was a bit lame from Rodgers trying to lay the guilt trip on Suarez by saying he owes us, bit embarrassing and pathetic to plead with a player who obviously does'nt want to be here, club, manager and fans need to grow a backbone and get shut of this weasel.
